    I reached out by email to Joe B with Cloudfare immediately upon purchase of my expensive Cloudfare plan as Cloudfare does not provide any customer support by phone to its customers with only the $200+ plan per the website. Joe confirmed Cloudfare could not be installed on my website without first altering the computer code of my website programming—something I confirmed I was incapable of doing. Immediately within day of purchase and incapable of using the product per Joe’s written report, I requested a refund. Joe informed me it is not Cloudfare policy to issue refunds irregardless of if one can actually use the product or the duration of time following purchase (in my case within hours) in which the refund is requested. Find a reputable brand that can provide phone support for installation, especially if alteration of website programming is required, and that stands behind its product by offering refunds, especially within hours of initial purchase.

    Customer service is non existent. Had a billing error and my domains were black listed. Went back and forth with Cloudflare trying to re submit payment however they would not accept payment and I had to transfer out.
